Ideas for Eid card and halal chocolates for my child’s teacher

Hi!
I'm not originally from UK. My child goes to school and his teacher is amazing, she really went extra mile for helping our family and our child to settle. I want to buy her a card for Ramadan/Eid and some chocolates. Can someone advise me which kind of sweets/chocolates would be the best? She is practicing muslim. Also, as I understand, Eid is the celebration of the end of Ramadan? What should I say when giving card-" Happy Eid"?
Any help will be highly appreciated, thank you!

Any! But make sure they are fully vegetarian, nothing with any gelatine or animal fats in.

Depending on where you live the big supermarkets tend to have a Ramadan display which will include sweets and chocolates. Boxes of Baklava is another possibility.

The traditional greeting is Eid Mubarak but it is fine for you to say Happy Eid or wishing her a joyful Eid

As far as I am aware (I also have a card and present for my daughters best friend) it could be Thursday or Friday. Its to do with when the moon is spotted in Saudi.

I am going to give the gift to her mum on Wednesday to be sure she has it.

It is when the new moon is sighted. It is always visible in the western hemisphere before it becomes visible in Saudi Arabia. But you can give the card at any time, and I'm sure it will be appreciated.

It was confirmed that it is tomorrow, Friday
