Ladies with large breasts...what to wear?

I love spring but also dread it every year because I don't know what to wear! For reference I'm 5ft 5, 57kg, 32 GG. Even when I weighed under 45 kg I was still a 28FF so I'm pretty much stuck with them. After breastfeeding for two years they are now sagging and different sizes. I am rotating between two high impact sports bras because I cant find any bra that fit with enough support (even bravissimo etc aren't great because of the very off sizes). I've been to a few different bra fittings with no success. I was told by M&S to come back when "my boobs were more normal again". I can't wear anything too low cut or the bra will show. I have a short body and defined waist. If I wear anything fitted on top I look (or rather feel) like I'm going to a porn shoot. I am NOT a girly girl. I always have to buy tops 2 sizes bigger and they hang off me making me look two sizes bigger than I am. My current go to is an over sized top with short shorts or skirt, basically to draw attention to my legs 😅I'm desperate to look and feel nice in clothes but have no idea and usually just end up buying unflattering clothes in dark colours while my kid is running about looking like she's just walked out of a kids clothing catalogue 😅 please help. Oh yeah, I am 30.

I feel your pain. I am a 34gg and a 10/12. Anything oversized from a t shirt to a hoodie makes me look massive. I’d love to wear the oversized look but I just look huge. Anything with a high neck also makes me look big but I can get away with a fine knit, depending on how it’s made. The best outfits for me are a wide leg jean or trouser with a v neck vest or t shirt and a cardigan that sits on my waist. I am short bodied and longer in the leg. In the summer I wear ankle grazer jeans or trousers , t shirt and an open linen shirt. I need to wear something that brings or give the illusion of bringing me in at my waist.

Dresses are a complete no go for me. I just cannot get anything that looks right. Even the stylist in John Lewis struggled. If it helps there is a Facebook page called style me happy. It’s a great page. You can get ideas from there but for your actual colours and body shape you’d need to pay Emily. You will be looking bigger if you’re wearing unflattering oversized tops.

A good bra fitting is a must. Can you try again?

Appreciate you haven’t found Bravissimo bras useful but have you tried their clothes? Also Pepperberry which is basically the same brand.
I am 34H and find their tops (via Vinted) fit well.

I’m definitely not an expert in style or fashion but my tips for you are v neck or scoop neck, and to go to a proper bra shop and be fitted. Not a chain store.

I would look at Molke

I use the origional style which you pull up - that’s strange the first few times

they are comfortable , they don't move about or dla off your shoulders, they give a surprisingly slimming shape , they are very flexible on sizes so can cope with different sizes and all
those changing through the month problems

I use them for weights and yoga and hiking but have a sports bra for more bouncy stuff- basically greta support for most living

I would say you are a medium and super

Similar height and weight and 30K. The trick is to get a full cup bra that fits absolutely perfectly. I can’t do plunge or balconette or anything that leaves breast tissue uncovered because anything that’s not contained will move and ruin the line of my clothes or just look too much! I wear a Panache full cup that gives a smooth line.

Then when dressing it’s not about hiding, it’s about creating balance. My winning combo for work is wide leg trousers (I live the Sloan trousers from Abercrombie and Fitch), with a Uniqlo Merino crew neck. I get the trousers in a print or statement colour (I have a lovely grey check pair) and wear a smart belt to draw attention downwards. Then the tops are plain and in darker colours to create a smoother line on top. I also find anything with a slash neckline is great for drawing attention upwards.

I will also do a mini skirt and boots combo with a plain top to have the same effect and I also find midi dresses to work for that too, as long as they nip in at the waist. Quite often have to buy a size bigger and cinch in with a belt.

Sadly I always generally find that pricier brands are better cut and tailored and have more space for boobs and more structure, creating a flattering shape. I have stuff from Sezane, Reiss and Mint Velvet currently.

The bra is critical here!

38K here - I love Elomi bras. My favourite is the Matilda.

I am very overweight now, but have always had a big bust. This is the first time I have been comfortable with my chest.

DD is tiny, but has inherited the boobs. She likes Freya bras.

Also big yes to previous poster’s suggestion of plain T/vest tucked into trousers and a structured cardigan over the top!

I’ve got some of these, which really don’t draw attention to your silhouette. I then add a boucle cardigan, almost a jacket and find it really good for work.

Thank you for all the replies. @user1471548941 the link was especially helpful. The bra situation is tough because of how uneven my breasts still are (I'm hoping it will get better with time). The sports bras give me enough support to run and do most things without worrying about this jingling or falling out! But they are gloriously unsexy! If I try and belt the waist it accentuates my boobs because there is no gap between my waist and my boobs 🤦 I do love a good cardigan though. I'm honestly thinking it may be cheaper in the long run to get a reduction

I'm a 38H, so I hear ya.

I have been getting into dresses though lately, and I find Roman are good for my shape. I now have about 5 dresses from them and they have all fitted me lovely.

I do struggle though as I have big boobs, big bum but a smaller waist. I used to buy large clothing to try and cover the boobs, but then I just looked matronly. Now I have started to embrace the boobs and wear things a little more fitted but not revealing.

But I do wish men would talk to my eyes and not to my chest!!
