then it's a nightmare to get out of the contract.
Make sure it's NOT mentioned in the will if you want to get rid.
That holds up probate.
Our late parents had one in Spain none of us want to carry on with it.
Fortunately it wasn't mentioned in the wills.
This has been a 6 year journey to get rid and hopefully it's near the end.
The silence from the company is the worst thing.
All forms have to be filled in Spanish.
I'm going to the Spanish consulet in the next few weeks to get to get a NIE number.
Both brothers are still to get their appointments.
Then it's a waiting game for the numbers and the company will cancel
