Do you or your partner have problems pronouncing words?

My husband, who is not a native speaker, has difficulties pronouncing the following words.

Vegetable - Fetch ball
Nepotism - Nipple tee sum.
Pasta - Bas tar
Sheet - Shitt.
Brother - Bra ta
Moustache - Mush tash
Twelve - Cha elf

When he is in the office, he avoids saying the above words and some others.
I’m not good with some words either.

If this is entirely to do with speaking English as a second (or third, etc.) language and he doesn't have any additional cognitive or speech difficulties can he not just break the words into syllables and practise them slowly? It's a pretty short list (unless there are loads of other words you haven't mentioned) and he's not too far off with some of them.

For example: fetch ball - fetch atta ball - vegetable.

Hi. Thanks for your response.
English is his second language.
He does rush his words, so I should tell him to pronounce them at a slower pace and break them into syllables. He can also be an anxious person who stutters, which is not ideal in a professional setting.
