Following Katie Price’s engagement posts. She’s just split from JJ slater - now she’s engaged to some Dubai businessmen. At first I thought the posts were AI , but upon further inspection ( see : time wasting ) he is a real person with a Facebook account that has been active for some time, as is his mothers it seems - so he is real.

But , surely this is some kind of publicity stunt ? I have always liked her but it just seems a bit ridiculous at 47 years of age if it is ?

I do hope not. The absolute last thing she needs is more children. I don't agree with surrogacy under any circumstances, anyway, and especially not for women whose own kids have been taken from them!

I was talking about her with my niece, who’s a doctor, and she reckons KP has a personality disorder such as BPD. There was a video, recently of KP shopping with Princess, and my niece believes KP is showing signs signs of drug use and anorexia. Without medical intervention, she may not make it to 50.

She is unlikely to be fit to parent her children and certainly not fit to have animals as so many have died due to lack of care and neglect. It’s sad for her children. She hasn’t seemed well ever since her divorce from PA.

I think the Dubai deviant route might be true. It wouldn’t be her first rodeo. Though it must put a strain on her mother who isn’t well. Also as she just regained custody why inflict a new man on her children.

It's actually hilarious. He looks nothing like the photos on his Instagram. That aside, she’s always baffled me because her family seem so stable and loving. I’d understand it more if she’d grown up in care or severely abused and neglected but her mother and siblings just seem so… average? And from what I’ve seen of them, like regular nice people.

I know she was sexually abused as a teen so not taking away from that trauma and she no doubt has MH issues, possibly SEN and definitely a drug addiction or three. Also think low IQ so she is probably easy to manipulate and coerce.

Obviously feel sorry for her kids above all else. People hail Saint Peter and Emily for rescuing Junior and Princess but I think however much stability they’ve offered them, they’ll still be traumatised from their mother’s actions. Your mother is, after all, supposed to be your protector and their mum has always been more interested in shagging around, sniffing coke and making herself look like Jocelyn Wildenstein, or Tollund Man as a PP mentioned (made me laugh out loud).

I am never happy about someone unravelling like that, especially when it's for public entertainment.

But fair.

I never like seeing someone destroying themselves no matter how unlikeable they may be. And I have dealt with people in my family with addictions and self destructive behaviour and no matter how lovely and likeable they are, they become unlikeable because of their addictive behaviour. I would say her problems started when she was dumped by the footballer and left to look after the severely disabled son on her own. To give her her due, she appears to have brought him up mainly on her own.

Um... I think if you researched hard enough you might find the disabilities of her first born were caused by her use of various unhealthy things whilst pregnant with him. And far from bringing him up singled handed, I think her mother had him a lot of the time and was paid handsomely by the footballer for doing so... He has been in assisted living now for a few years. Yes, she has him home with her now and then but not without assistance from a dedicated carer or two...
