Severe IBS and Diverticular lunch ideas

Hey I'm starting new full time role, previously I was part time, finishing at 2-3pm
I have severe IBS and diverticular disease and noq have to think about lunches that won't basically make me shit myself 😭

My one and only idea is rice cakes or oatcakes with home made chicken mayo sweetcorn mix, yogurt, banana

Any offers on that?!

Rice-based salads or poke bowls (tamari to replace soy sauce)?

Corn tortilla (or other gluten free) wraps?

Jacket potato (leave the skin) with whatever you would normally have with it.

Rice salad.

I've got diverticular disease and when I'm on a flare up, I've got to have very bland food.

I find the following doesn't hurt my stomach and lets me heal:

Sourdough bread / toast
Scrambled eggs
Mashed potato with a sprinkling of cheese
Tofu / rice poke bowl
Cheese omelette
Blended soups (lentil / butternut squash/ onion but cooked for ages and blended)
Steamed cauliflower / carrots / broccoli (but very steamed)
Bananas
Tinned peaches with no skin on

(I don't eat meat or fish so can't recommend any, sadly!)

When I'm in the office, it's 99% of the time scrambled egg on a white bagel as I know that doesn't hurt me

When I'm really low on energy - chocolate doesn't hurt me either, but it's obviously not overly healthy, so I eat it sparingly.

I know avocado is high in fiber, but for me - I can actually have this when it's very squishy and it doesn't hurt me but different people find different things trigger them. For me it's alcohol and very rich foods.

Do you take any probiotics? I take Holland and Barret 50 billion as recommended by the amazing dietician who really helped me when I was diagnosed. I also take vegan digestive enzymes as I had my gallbladder removed so need to be careful if I eat in a restaurant and they also seem to help.
