Ideas for one-off things to do

Late fifties, single, post-menopausal, and in the midst of brain fog and very little energy or direction.

I’m trying to turn things around this year and have set myself various tasks and challenges, but I want to make a list of twenty one-off things to do to get me out of my comfort zone and provide some interest.

It can be anything but preferably not involving travel or too much money.

Some ideas so far:

Have a meal out alone.
Have an evening of online bingo.
Go on a date.
Write to someone famous.
Enter a competition.

Any more ideas, anyone, as I’m struggling for ideas.
(I like eating and doing creative things.)

Volunteer to do something to help your local community. Needn't be weekly, I know the NT have some "one off" events such as pond/river clearing.
Go for a bra fitting.
Join the WI.
Join University of the Third Age and sign up for some classes. My friend has done a walking group, and playing snooker and cribbage.
Take part in a pub quiz.
Find a pub near you that does sea shanty singing and go and join in.
Take a picnic and go and watch a local cricket match.
Go and listen to jazz at a NT property in the summer. Many places offer this.
Go to an outside theatre performance.
Do a Christmas Light Trail.
Go to a pantomime.
Read one of the classics per month.
Bake a Camembert and enjoy!
Try cold tea or coffee in a can, if you haven't already done so. Or buy an iced coffee from one of the big chains.
Learn how to crochet and make a scarf.
Buy a colouring book for adults and enjoy.
Listen to an audio book. Or a podcast.
Go out for afternoon tea. Or make one to have at home with a friend.
Make home made jam.
Make your own Christmas Cake or Pudding.
Do a jigsaw. There are plenty available in charity shops to keep the cost down.

Mine is to visit a waterfall, I love them but never make any effort to go so that's on my list.
