Recommendations for a high spin washing machine

My current machine only spins on 1100 and I end up spinning the load of washing again to try and get it less wet

I’m actually thinking it would probably be cheaper to buy a new washing machine in the long run and wondering which ones you might recommend that have a good speed of 1400 or 1600

We’ve had an LG Direct Drive model for years.
Very happy with it, quiet such that behind a door you wonder if it’s on.

Be prepared to be told that Miele and Bosch are the only brands worth considering.

Don't buy 1400, buy 1600 - there's a big difference. There are loads around, look at Electrolux or Candy - 1600, wifi connected (useful to have an app that tells you when the washing finished). Don't bother with a washer/dryer.
