Where do you get insurance for a new hours for recently passed teenagers?

Our son has recently passed his driving test but we're probably not going to put him on our insurance policy because it's really expensive and he's away from home in university so wouldn't be able to use it much.
When he comes back for the odd weekend he'd like to be able to practice for a few hours
The only quote we had was from Veygo which was about £15 an hour.
Which company have you found that is reputable and good value?

How much did you pay for a day and was it a teenager? Thanks

Obviously it will vary by car and location etc but just looking for a guide.

We use Veygo- much less than £15 an hour for DD driving my Fiesta. She passed in the summer and so we used like that until she went to uni in September- just about to do the same again when she comes back this weekend

Did you mean that your existing policy is with Admiral and you just added them for a day?
