What the fuck can I wear?? André Rieu concert

Found out tonight that my lovely husband has booked us a few days away as a surprise, I thought maybe it'd be Amsterdam and had lovely ideas of strolling around, museums etc basically being totally relaxed but turns out its to Maastricht with tickets to see André Rieu (apparently I commented on one of his concerts on telly at some stage). Problem is I have absolutely no idea what I can wear, I'm 55, 5'1" tall and a size 14 with bug breasts, I have been trying to find any kind of decent (not plastic) clothing for months and have failed completely, I hate how I look right now, the biggest I've ever been, chronic illness since age 12 has ramped up over the last 18 months leaving me totally exhausted and struggling so being told tonight about the concert did the opposite of what my poor husband intended. It hadn't occurred to him that I'd need to dress up, might have had my hair done etc. To be fair he seems to think I'm pretty no matter how shit I look. I'm so worn out I'm almost in tears at the idea of trying to look good for the concert instead of the relaxing weekend I thought he'd planned. He's the best husband and step dad so I know I'm going to have to try to enjoy it for him but back to my original question, what the fuck do I wear? Can't order online, won't have time, I'm in Ireland and the high street shops cater for much younger slimmer women, I've a decent budget which I've been trying to spend but am sick of clothes made from plastic, I'm also sick of the poor quality thats available compared to mens clothing. I have been looking for a few classic basics and a pair of block heel knee high leather boots over the last few months, I've bought one cardigan/hoodie in the Blarney woolen Mills because its warm, comfy, looks decent and is 100% wool, that's it after months of looking and now I have two days to find suitable clothes for the weekend. Sorry for the long long post, I'm too tired to edit.

I went to Andre Rieu at Wembley, it was quite casual!

I'm 45 and wore a midi wrap dress with white trainers.

There were women and men in jeans with nice jumpers, that seemed quite a popular look.

Thank you all for the comments and for talking me down re what to wear. I think the fact that it was sprung on me with no time to prepare is what threw me so much. I'm sure I'll find something in my wardrobe that'll do even if I don't like anything there very much at the moment. Honestly, I think its more to do with my illness flaring up more and more for the past 18 months and I'm quite nervous of being in pain and absolutely exhausted, our flight is at 6am which means staying near the airport the night before, I sleep extremely little so I'd never have booked such an early flight or one from an airport 3 hour drive away but our local airport while lovely and small to get through it doesn't have as many destinations to chose from. There is no M&S within a 2.5 hour drive and o
I doubt an online order would arrive in time but it has pushed me to put the effort in to getting a capsule wardrobe in place.
Thanks again for all the suggestions and encouragement, here's hoping it'll be worth it.

It's in the Netherlands! The concept of dressing up is......interesting. The Dutch wear jeans to weddings and proms. Honestly, you can wear absolutely anything you like and it will be fine. Go for comfort and add lipstick and a fancy bag/ scarf to signify that you've made an effort - if you can be bothered!
Maastricht is lovely. You can mooch around the shops and squares, go for a trip on the river, and the food is excellent.

Do you have NextDirect? They usually deliver more quickly than M&S.

if it's in Masstricht surely it's in the square, so outside?

Looked like that one was summer 2026 but either way it’s not exactly going to be warm so coats/jumpers rather than fancy frocks and even a ‘nice top’ is unlikely to be seen

Sorry to hear about your illness, that's rough. I hope this trip proves to be a nice break and you have a lovely relaxing time.

As a PP said, buy yourself a new lipstick, maybe get your hair done in Maastricht (you could show the hairstylist a picture), and you'll feel like a new woman!

His concerts are really fun and jolly. When we went we enjoyed it a lot
