What minor inconvenience has pissed you off this morning? (Lighthearted!)

I nipped into Tesco on my way back from dropping DS at nursery, and treated myself to a chocolate croissant.

Imagine my disappointment to discover precisely zero chocolate filling in said croissant. Just dry bite after dry bite.
I should have gone for the almond 😩

It was meant to sweeten the task of driving a slightly tricky route to collect a secondhand bike (DS's christmas present) but now I'll just be quietly fuming all the way...

What has got your day off to a disappointing start? Vent here and feel better!

I had a lady in a car behind me on the way home being really impatient. I had to slow down and stop as I couldn’t move over to safely pass the bin collector walking in the road. She was swerving all over attempting to get past me, calm down!!! Gave me a minor rage.
The driving round here is getting progressively aggressive, it’s awful.

Neighbours still have their Halloween decorations up outside, complete with decaying pumpkins. Not an inconvenience, but it's a fucking eyesore.

My friend blamed me when she left her handbag in my car and I drove off home with it as I didn’t see it, as it was in the back foothold. So she drives round to my house, 3 hours later, hammers with force on my windows with her fists 😲 I thought the house was on fire and someone was trying to tell me, she was that demented, frightened the life out of me. I answer the door and friend tells me she’s left her phone in her handbag and she can’t live without it. And blames me for not seeing her handbag in my car. I don’t think I deserved that, I help her a lot with her problems, and she never returns favours.

Why she can’t she use the doorbell like normal people ??

Totally her fault, and a rude, over reaching visit from her to reclaim it.
Unless there is a sincere apology from her, you would be fully justified in dropping her.

I had to hoover the theatre I help at for 3 solid hours on Saturday. I didn’t mind that, it had to be done. The hoover caused a blister at the base of my right thumb which burst on Sunday.

Today, the skin has gone all hard and crusty now it’s healing and it’s so bloody painful it’s hard to hold anything and I’m a VERY right-handed person so everything I do is either awkward, impossible or very sore. I’ve been keeping it clean and moisturised but it hasn’t helped.

Ouch! I had a similar blister a few years ago from using a screwdriver, after a weekend of assembling flat pack furniture. So annoying & uncomfortable!
