What little things have annoyed you today?

I know I’ve not got anything to really complain or worry about. So this is only a very little thing. I’ve had a cold and blocked up sinuses since last Saturday and getting fed up of my head and face aching.

I took the last of the cold tablet things yesterday, went to get a new packet out this morning and there were four packs in the cupboard that DH must have bought over the year. I can’t take any of them as they all have a colouring in I’m allergic to. So stood in the pouring rain watching DD’s football match with a pounding head and face ache. I did have some paracetamol but they didn’t cut it.

My DS ordering pizza and offering to treat me when I’d already put the dinner on

My next day expensive cat food delivery (he’s very fussy), due by 3pm hasn’t arrived yet, (7pm) DPD.
As I was typing, I’ve had a message to say it will be delivered on Monday! Useless.

so typical! I always get a notification from them saying they tried and no one was home, lazy bastards don’t even try

The traffic lights on the A61 in Sheffield (specifically around the area it crosses the River Don)

The amazon driver leaving my parcel in the rain in a puddle propped up against the first bin...instead of under the car port between the bins where it was dry.

Not today, but my phone reminded me that three years ago today was the day a heavily pregnant me passed out after the glucose test then vomited and pissed myself in the entrance to the hospital (where there were loads of people- a full waiting room, doctors & nurses in scrubs walking past). Not one person helped. I managed to throw up in the bin. Grabbed a napkin from the Costa and cleaned up my piss the best I could and then too embarrassed to catch the bus spent 45 mins walking home in the dark.

I realised today that I'm still kind of annoyed about that.

Well done for keeping going and getting home and boo to everyone who just watched!
