I keep thinking of filling the HWB for daytime use. I don't need it at night. I don't have any sort of fire so have to pretend with candles in coloured glass holders. Fortunately my home faces southwest so I get plenty of sunshine coming in on days like these. It's surprisingly warm sitting in its direct path, even at this time of the year.

To those worrying about HWB bursting, it is important to check them regularly for signs of wear and replace them once you see that happening. They are perfectly safe once you don’t overheat the water and keep an eye on the perishing. (Both due to use and to age). I tend to replace mine at least every 2 years, and more frequently if needed. And I’ve been using them for over 50 years and the only issue was when I was a child and a cold one burst when squeezed being brought to be filled, back when money was so tight replacing frequently wasn’t an option.
