Diagnosed with Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain, not 100% sure?

I'm 30, I've been dealing with knee pain which turned out to be osteoarthritis, that has been the only thing a doctor could actually proove via a scan. I have unstable hips which pop occasionally especially on stairs and when exercising. In 2023 I had a baby and after the c-section, I started developing body wide neuralgia, SI joint pain, lower back pain (I have double curve scoliosis so I put it down to that) I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel by a neurologist as my nerve study came back normal, but the symptoms remained. It went away for 6 months and comes back intermittently. I have random feet pains which come and go, I'm sensitive to the seasonal changes and my pain will get worse in the cold. My arm will go red, swell and feel crampy, it will travel down to my hand and it will be stiff and difficult to grip and type for a few hours, it can happen at anytime.

My pain can be hot, cold, stingy, like hot needles, achey, it can come and go in the blink of an eye, I get random seconds long pains in my temple that feel like I've been smacked in the head with a mallet and then it will go as quickly as it came. I call it micro migraines. I could be fine one day with minor ache in my neck and my hand will feel achey, and then the next day I'll be doubled over with a heated blanket with lower back pain. My actual proper migraines that I've had since a teenager have been getting worse, I'm now medicated for them as they make me throw up.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain by a private rheumatologist a month ago and told I have weak connective tissue, there was no investigation before he said this.

All scans clear, my physio has written a letter to my GP to ask for an NHS Rheumatologist to investigate regarding complex regional pain and fibromyalgia as a result of trauma. My physio also thinks I need nerve conduction in my lower half as I had an epidural needle in my back 4 times during labour and then a spinal block.

Has anyone come across this diagnosis? My physio said that is an umbrella term and not an actual cause, they need to try to find what's causing this widespread pain.

Weak connective tissue sounds like it could be Ehlers Danlos- I would definitely ask for more information/investigation from the Rheumatologist. EDS can affect many, many different parts of the body - it’s not all just about being “double-jointed”!
