Advice please for Christmas stall

Hiya,

Im on a rota to help with fundraising and have been asked to run a Christmas stall outside in a couple of weeks time. I have to provide the items to sell and I was thinking of doing an order from Temu UK but can see the delivery time might be longer than I’ve got. Is there anywhere in the UK I could get that kind of small item sell-on-able stuff that little children would enjoy? I did ponder about Amazon but I don’t want to miss something completely obvious.

I also have a small 3D printer and lots of filament which we could use and I have LOTS of good conditions second hand toys I would be delighted to flog. Tons of playmobil for example.

thank you 💐

Where is this, is it at some sort of event? Are we talking a school Christmas fair with lots of different stalls? Who is going to be attending - primary school age children plus parents, or the general public? Is it in a fairly well-to-do area where your target market have spare £££ to spend on tat that is primarily just a donation to the PTA, or will this mostly be 6 and 7yos clutching 50ps and hoping to be able to buy something for that?

There is quite a difference between basically a jumble sale table selling on second hand toys and an actual Christmas craft kind of affair involving 3D printing.

Soft toy sale. Ask around for ones that have been pre loved. Stick them all in the washer and leave to dry - that may take a while! Fluff them up, add a bit of Christmas ribbon around their necks and sell them. You will be surprised how many you will be offered once others know that you want them.

It will mainly be primary aged kids with parents. Not a PTA thing. Not a well to do area. We’re not talking hot chocolate velvetisers and high value items. Tat would do well as is silly and fun.

Ok what has gone down well is filled christmas mugs. So cheap mugs then fill them with colour pencils, pens, stickers, a fun Christmas straw, a mini mars etc. basically they can all be slightly different then do each one in cellophane with a bow. The kids get to choose their mug so if you can get different ones it is good. Donated mugs work too as often people have ones they no longer want.

Oh add a candy cane!

Teddy tomboy goes down well at our school Christmas fairs. Also lucky cups.

Guess the name of the toy and guess how many sweets in a jar always went down really well at our PTA events
Easy to Christmas theme as well

Baker Ross is what we use for craft items for the PTA christmas stall. You can buy in small bulk quantities. Those always go down well,
