If you had to say what the worst thing your cheating ex did ...what was it?

Mine had an affair with a friend. She and her husband used to socialise with us. When I look back I see all the toilet trips they had in restaurants etc. How did I not see it? I hate the fact that they took me for a fool and carried it out in front of both of the spouses. Did it give them an extra thrill?

My ex left me with our two children under the age of 4 (10 years ago) we had so many plans and I was beyond shocked totally didn’t see it coming. Worse thing he did was buy a dog and call it the same name we planned to. I took slight pleasure when the dog ate his collection of rare comics and they had a behavioural specialist come as it constantly shit in his shoes.

Saying to me in a very patronising, condescending tone of voice, "you're not my girlfriend. I already have a girlfriend who I love very much."

He already had a pregnant girlfriend (me) who he claimed to love very much when he met her.

I asked him, why, if he loved her so much, was he still sleeping with me. All he could say was "I shouldn't have done that."

And like pps have said, his refusal to acknowledge that he had caused any pain. He acted like his lying and cheating were things that had just somehow happened and he was the innocent victim inexplicably caught in the middle of it.
