We use the electric sonic deterrents for the same reason.

They seem to work pretty well. We can tell if someone has forgotten to switch them back on after moving them after cutting the grass or something as there is poo all over the garden again the next morning.

Hi @Seeline what sonic devices do you use please, we now have a problem. First time in years.

We've had a huge fox problem around here (London) for over 20 years and believe me, nothing works.

They seem to come out earlier and earlier now, as I pass one at 4.30pm every day on my way home from work.

We're kind of on nodding terms now and just casually walk past each other on the pavement.

However, if my dog was with me she'd go mad!

I have recently moved to the outskirts of a city from a small market town. I am so shocked at how many foxes there are. They swagger about the place,
?packs of them. I live in a warren of small roads, they stop me driving by standing in the middle of the road and they won’t budge until I am almost pushing them out the way, day and night. The noise, the smell, the shit, they have broken into my shed, yes really, and my beautiful potting shed now stinks of fox pee. I think this move will be temporary, obviously not because of the foxes, but honestly I’ve lived on a farm of 150 acres, with free range chickens and had less bother with them!

Same experience here - foxes are so entitled these days. Many years ago I saw a fox walk along the train platform and stood waiting for the train as though it had a valid Oyster card!

More recently this pack of wolves stool chatting and gave me and my DD a “what’s your problem?” face.

I’ve added a photo and can’t help noticing just how skinny foxes look these days.

Sorry about my fox-rant; unfortunately I have no advice to offer about the poo problem.
