Please could you tell me some rabbit holes to keep me busy

I've badly broken my arm and im in a brace for another 2 months. At the moment I can do very little as the pain is horrible.
I would love some rabbit holes to get lost in. I love....cant think of the name....argh conspiracy theories! And also spooky things too. But anything would be good please just to take my mind off this!

I like the rabbit hole about nutrition and how saturated fat got demonised based on dodgy politics and corporate corruption - even how some orthodox quakers wanted young men to stop masturbating so introduced sugary breakfast cereals.

Many of the musicians such as Jim Morrisson, Frank Zappa and David Crosby, had links to covert agencies and the military. Charles Manson was part of the same scene and lived at Brian Wilson's (beach boys) house for a while.
