Do the Kardashians really eat the way they do?

It's my trash tv guilty pleasure so don't judge me 😁 I've been watching some of their episodes today and whenever they eat there's always so much food, a lot of indulgent foods too (high in carbs/sugar etc) and the table is covered with multiple (delicious looking) foods and sugary cocktails.
I'm not naive enough to know they rely on surgeries/meds/whatever else and they probably waste a lot of food at restaurants especially. I don't really know where I'm going with thread 😁 i was just pondering.

Not at all, I was merely pondering if that's what they eat, I'm not taking it that seriously and that comes across in my op and in subsequent posts 🤷‍♀️ It's really not that deep.

But why are you interested in what they eat?
Do you not make yout own decisions about what you eat?

Poonu · 27/10/2025 20:41

No they definitely Don't.

It's really not that deep. Luckily you have the choice not to watch the show and that's OK 🤷‍♀️

Well thats true.

The state of the world is bad enough but making watching the Kardashions compulsory would totally kill my will to live.
Having a lobotomy would be infinitely preferable.

Wow! This wasn’t what I was expecting. I also thought it was more likely to be about them constantly shaking those salads and undereating. I really thought you were going to be worried about young girls seeing that.

I’m glad to hear they get off the treadmill long enough to eat a bit more.

My guilty trash tv is the Real Housewives of Orange County and Beverly Hills. They also will always have extravagant, copious food on offer, even when hosting tiny gatherings. I don’t think they eat more than a morsel.

Heather's Nobu obsession is embarrassing.

I hate food waste. Sounds like another good reason to never watch the Ks.

No not at all lol. Although they do eat those shaker salads, the theme throughout the show regarding food is indulgence and big dinners at home or at restaurants where they appear to eat loads of rich carb heavy foods and the table is full of lovely looking dishes.

They’re selling a lifestyle brand that involves luxury and the idea of abundance. They can’t link themselves to anything that would detract from that image.

I expect they have balanced, portion controlled food from multiple personal chefs.

Martha Stewart was a guest in their show and she commented later they all eat very little

I can believe it. Kim Kardashian is only a little over 5ft. I can tell you from bitter experience that she can probably eat around 1500 cals a day without gaining weight. It’s really not much.
