Sports bra/top, firm support for big boobs!

I’ve started running and I’ve tried a couple of crop tops and suchlike but they’re just not very supportive and my boobs are hurting. Any ideas?

Really good sports bras are expensive. And for running you can’t get by in the sorts of things you wear for yoga or a spin class. But you are investing in your health by running, which is great, so invest equally in looking after your breasts by buying one or two really good sports bras. They are much cheaper than the costs of the ill health that you can get if you don’t exercise!

I second this. I have just switched to these after using Shock Absorber for years.

Yes unfortunately sports bras are expensive but good quality ones should last, even with frequent washing.
