Help! What jobs could my verbally and physically dyspraxic son do?

DS is 14 and so we are now considering GCSE options, work experience and careers.
He has verbal dyspraxia which means that (despite years of speech therapy) his speech is understandable but very noticeably 'different' (he can't use voice recognition software, for example.) and this sometimes affects his confidence. He is an active boy but his physcial dyspraxia is significant (despite years of OT) meaning he cannot, for example, use cutlery well or tie laces. Any sports are very hard, and he struggles with handwriting and art. He also has the executive function difficulties associated with ADHD, but these are getting much better and he does not need medication. He has an EHCP and is in a nurturing, independent secondary school. Academically, we are hopefully looking at grades 4-6 for GCSE's and he is working hard towards this. He has interests in the outdoors and conservation, cooking, as well as film and film production (he loved learning basic sound and lighting effects.) We have good a-level, agricultural and vocational FE options nearby.
We are finding that lots of the careers he is thinking about have barriers, such as needing to speak in public, fine working with hands or needing to drive (which might not be possible.) The last thing we want to do is put negatives in his way, but we do want to help him to find a career that nurtures his strengths. We are willing to support him for as long as possible, in any way possible.
Anyone who has helped a similar young person, or who has any thoughts for good career options, we would be very grateful to hear them! Many thanks :)
