Anyone else got the pink feet Geese going over?

Had thousands flying over today, their call is so etheral in the mist!
DH seems to think that most of the entire world population of PF geese migrate down from Iceland to parts of the UK for winter.
How very precious they are.
Feeling very autumnal today.

@CarmonEileenI am in South Yorkshire too 👋 and if you get the chance to visit RSPB Old Moor you will see lots of greylags as well as Canadians. I’m a keen birder and visit at least twice per week. This time of year is fabulous for seeing rarer migratory visitors that drop in for a rest or feed.
