STILL there is no white wine emoji, what misogyny is this?!

So they've announced the latest round of emojis to be added to our phones, apparently we'll get an apple core and a radish and seriously, they are scraping the barrel for emojis that people might need... there's 50 thousand emojis of people of every shade running left.. and running right, like that makes a difference... and walking with a walking stick pointed left... and pointing right...

but THERE IS NO WHITE WINE EMOJI

Only red wine and champagne and they are Not The Same. As women are the biggest drinkers of white wine (and it's nearly 5pm on a Friday) I am calling this out , it's clearly misogyny and sexism and vile anti-women behaviour from big tech. I bloody want a ww emoji!!

I got all excited about this and clicked the link and then saw... it's like really hard core tech and code-y. Sigh

Think I'll go and pour myself that first glass of (white) wine.

I'm not sure what you mean about hard core tech or code, the link is meant to point to this. (It does for me).

They do hold a decent amount and have survived being dropped (alcohol may have been involved).

A white wine emoji would look exactly how I sometimes prefer to have my fizzy water: clear bubbly and in wine glass, at least when it's red everybody knows it's signifies wine, surely you can't be serious LOL

Definitely need the white wine emoji. I use the champagne glasses as a substitute. Also need a Guinness pint emoji - the lager emoji just doesn’t cut it.
