OP I am assuming you are American and have zero idea how this works.
Basically M&H are D list celebrities living in California, they don’t have subjects and are not active members of the Royal Family. They don’t have subjects now or in any future.

Only the monarch has subjects. Charles now has subjects, William and George will have subjects in due course. Harry has never had subjects and never will. Harry has chosen life in America, a republic, so is as far from having subjects as possible. As time goes on he and Meghan will become less and less relevant( not that they are anyway, having left the royal family) as will their children.
