Chicken chunks are sometimes nice from chippy. Have recently been having scampi though which is delicious 😋

Jumbo battered sausage, chips and curry sauce with a can of dandelion and burdock. Plenty of salt n vinegar.

If it’s any consolation…. My cheesy chips were sloppy and my curry sauce too watery.

Is a pineapple fritter still a thing ? Used to love those as a kid

Crushing disappointment! You will need to go to the chippy again at the weekend to address the shortfall in battered sausage and other such items!

It would be cod and chips for me.... but years ago the pub I worked in was next to a chippy and he did very nice burgers - so if I could go there back in time I would have one of his burgers with lots of burger relish, and share a small portion of chips.
