Please help me find a bra that is soft and comfortable

Bras are making me so miserable.

They dig in and hurt me around my ribs / under my bust, even the non-wired ones. They’re just too tight! Although I am pretty confused about why, because my ribcage measures 32inches and I’m wearing band size 34, so go figure.

I am small chested and would quite happily go braless if I wasn’t self-conscious about it. My under-bust measurement is 32 inches, and at the fullest part I’m 36 inches. So not big. Support is not the most important thing to me, I just want a bra that is comfortable and SOFT and does not dig into me, and is not going to cost me £60 😢 Please can anyone help me out with suggestions?

ETA: I am 38, not breastfeeding.

another m&s flexifit. I have 3 and love them for everyday. These ones don’t have the moulded cups which I prefer.

Edited

I’m a 30F/32E (no volume on top so I look pretty small) and wear these (size 10) with v-neck tops and dresses.

They’re cheap and a plunge style and I don’t fall out when I lean over so they tick most of my boxes. If the band was less stretchy and cut a little wider they’d be perfect. I was tempted to size down but the cups in an 8 are far too small.
