I’ve had a fall and hurt myself - cheer me up

I feel stupid , and sore!
I was carrying heavy bags that I think unbalanced me when I missed my footing.

nothings broken, but one elbow is really really sore ☹️ like I think it will be much worse tomorrow … woe is me
