When will you book next summers holiday and where will you go?

I wasn’t very organised this year and when I looked at prices, everything was so expensive.
Im thinking I should get myself organised, save up and book by next Feb?
What do the organised people do?

I’ll book about a week before I go, the joys of being an empty nester, lol

Dd is doing her GCSE’s next summer, so we’re letting her pick our destination. She’s chosen Norway 🇳🇴. We’ll probably book quite soon.

Looking at having our main holiday (in the UK) in May half term. Ideally I want to book now but one of the in-laws is waiting for biopsy results so a bit dubious about planning too far ahead as DH is the only sibling in this country. Everything could be fine by then but as they are three hours away if the news isn't good we want to be spending all the school holidays up with them.

Self catering is just doing the same shit you do at home but in a different place and it’s more awkward.

Cruises booked for 2026 and 2027 for us !

I book as far ahead as 2 years and as last minute as the day before. About two months ago I booked a cruise for next July.

I really want to go to Spain next year to visit my DS whilst he is doing flight training to become an airline pilot. I need to get saving money!!

We may go to Jordan in the summer if it is still relatively peaceful there 🤞

I know what I want to do, but will book it 1/2 weeks before.
