Full coverage, women's.

On first inspection they look clean so I'm hoping they came from next door's washing line.

Do I chuck them back over the wall? Throw them away? Something else?

If it turns out they are not from your neighbour's washing line you (or your DH) will for evermore be known as the knicker chuckers.
I wouldn't be surprised if knicker chucking was a fetish all of its own, with pages and pages and pages devoted to it on the dark web.

Is the Dark Web where the willie-dragging spiders live?

(Sorry, I know it's Not Funny...) (but I seem to remember the original verb was 'drag' not 'rub', which was somehow funnier to me in its specificity...)
