Kickass women - which film or TV character would you choose?

I was chatting to someone recently about imposter syndrome and they said that they when they needed to feel more confident at work they channelled a character from a film or TV show. People like Olivia Pope in Scandal or Elle from Legally Blonde.

Who would you choose..?

Bebe Glazer, the agent in Frasier (the 1993 one!)

Avenger's Black Widow. Smart, strong, kind and funny.

Emma Peel (TV series, not the awful film adaptation).

I was going to say Emma Peel. Or Cathy Gale, her predecessor.

Ripley again and grace harper terminator seconded. Love a bit of Eve Baird from the librarians too

Ripley and Vasquez, the girl in Prey who takes on a Predator, Kill Bill. Rosamund Pike in Gone Girl. Sarah Connor in T2.

Olivia Pope was my first thought when I read your title - love her (although love the Beyonce reference!)

Ruth from Ozark. All of the women on that show were fabulous 👌🏼

That's a good one because she starts in the first film as a not very capable waitress.

My vote is for DI Rachel Carey in The Capture.

I also have a soft spot for Christina of Denmark - I know RL not TV/film.

If you don't know it was suggested she became wife No 4 for Henry VIII, she is reported to have said, "If I had two heads, I would happily put one at the disposal of the King of England".

Anne Lister as played by Suranne Jones in Gentleman Jack is a contender.
