Do you think that man really got called ‘space cowboy’ and ‘the gangster of love’?

… because I don’t. I think he made it up.

I was sitting on a beach in a deckchair today thinking of that song from the Levi’s advert, and wondering why people didn’t just laugh it him for telling lies.

If this sex is on fire then that’s really dangerous and might not end well

If it was raining though then that sex fire could set fire to the rain , seems like a compromise

I have a feeling that a room without a roof would actually be cold, damp and full of pigeons.

Anyone who says they would rather go blind / can’t live without their partner is either an emotional blackmailer or in deep need of therapy. And the partner should see the red flags and run.

Indeed

and I’ve often wondered why she wouldn’t get a full commitment from any other guy. What was wrong with her? Plenty of fish in the sea.

someone who says they’re never gonna give you up is probably best avoided frankly, even before they start negging you

Possibly, in later iterations. Scaramouche (the character from the commedia dell’arte) dates back to the 1500s but the first description of the fandango is from a letter dated written in 1712.

We’d have to know which Scaramouche he was addressing.

Edited

I thought Scaramouche was one of the names given to ‘Six dinner’ Sid?
