Why is the football on 2 channels simultaneously?

Bbc1 (Wales) and ITV (Wales) are both showing the English ladies team playing football.

Can’t they decide for just one channel to show it? If it was one of them and S4C with a Welsh commentary I could just about understand but both are in English.

they do, every single time, very few MNers admit to liking football. There is huge interest in this game which I think is amazing.
