Thinking of taking a family holiday at Easter next year
I've worked the dates out and have a 15 day window

Would this be a good time to go or should I wait till summer?

Would my adult dc have alot of work on ?

They must be wealthy students, then!

We pay when they come with us, they pay for their holidays with friends. They all worked during the holidays so could afford a relatively cheap holiday with friends.

They would often just come out for a week of our two week holiday so they wouldn't lose too much work time.

My DC has continued to come on family holidays right through uni and most of my friends DCs the same, but not at Easter or Christmas as those are right when they are working flat out on assignments and for exams. Only in the summer. And left till fairly short notice to book so they weren't committed till fairly last minute.

thanks for the advice tho
perhaps it’s best to wait to see how it’s all going, and if there’s a large worked leave it till the summer holidays
we do have a child who will be in year 7 next summer so I’m guesisng it’s not that much of a big deal to take the kid out for a week or so
