What's the latest time you would read/reply to a WhatsApp message ?

I don't tend to read or reply to anything after 10pm

Tomorrow I plan to answer one from December. I really don't like using phones

Like a pp it depends who it is. If it’s work it’s around 8pm for me. For close family and good friends it’s 11pm. Of course those people can also contact me any time in a true emergency. I don’t usually send messages after 7pm for work and 10pm for close family and friends. Unless we happen to be right in the middle of a text chat at 10pm which happened the other day when my friend started texting me just before 10pm. I think we ended up text chatting til about 11.30 or so. We are both night owls though!

I’m a night owl so often get late messages. If someone messages me at 2am and I’m awake, I’ll reply

I have dnd on after ten though

I reply to messages when I read them but never expect a instant response

Turning off notifications (or just setting the notification to a badge and/or banner) doesn’t stop any messages. It’s just that I need to look at the phone or iPad periodically to see if there’s anything new rather than being pinged.

I leave my phone downstairs overnight. So I won't reply to a message after 10pm ish because I won't see it.
