What are you doing up at this ungodly hour?

I've been unwell since last Thursday. Although I'm recovering, I still feel off. I've also slept this afternoon for 3 hours, so my body clock is out of sync.

I also have endometriosis pain. Just slightly.

I also lost someone very dear to me four weeks ago. I miss him terribly and the grief is still raw.

There's other stuff too like work stress.

I was hoping to go back in work tomorrow to tackle some of the work stress but I'm still unwell.

I just got up to pee

Slept fitfully until around 3 due to pretty nasty upper back pain. Got up to take paracetamol/ibuprofen and can't get comfortable enough to get back to sleep. Usual stretches haven't helped.
Was started on sumatriptan by GP yesterday for migraine and wondering if this may be a side effect. Still, it's taking my mind off the headache!

Bloody dog woke at 3.30am. She frantically ran outside and was there for a while. I don't know if she vomited or had diarrhoea but she had both earlier yesterday so it wasn't a surprise. I couldn't get back to sleep and got really agitated. I'm so angry with Dh, he keeps feeding her whatever he likes and she had a very sensitive tummy. Then he complains to me when she makes a mess in the house (she is my dog). I was wondering what was wrong yesterday and he casually mentions that the night before he had given her some spicy pork chops.

Thanks. He’s finally in a bed now. Still can’t talk but a bit more comfortable.
