DH working late today. Dealt with the usual not listening, talking back from eldest, stopping baby from slashing his head open from climbing EVERYTHING. Had to keep alive, feed, bathe, bed two on my own. Baby has so far taken 1.5h and still not asleep. I can hear 5yo pattering around downstairs and the dishes clinking when I said go to bed so that’s an issue for later. The house has been ransacked by the pair of them so once the kids are finally asleep that’ll be outstanding. I’d love a shower. It’s 9:15. This means I’ll get no time to myself this evening to eat the snacks I bought earlier. Let me liveeeeeee
