Heart rate spiking to 170+ then tanking to 38bpm

Hi everyone.

typing this while I'm in A&E having just been seen after a 10 hour wait, waiting to be referred to cardio.
I have a couple of heart conditions that speed up my heart rate. LQTS and Sinus Tachycardia. I'm on medication for this and have been for 2 years with no problems. My RHR sits at about 100 and rarely goes below during the day, any sort of exertion it spikes to 170-200 daily. I've just been getting on with it.
my sleeping heart rate is about 70-80.

for the last 4 days my heart rate has been taking to 38ish bpm. This is very a-typical for me as I have a naturally 'tachy' heart rate due to the above. They've finally seen me and have said I'm probably going to be kept in as it's worrying that it's going that low.

the readings are accurate, I have an ILR in my chest which constantly measures my heart rate. As well as my Apple Watch that's adding to it.

no changes to lifestyle. No stress. I can't just skip a dose of my meds really because I have more spikes of high heart rate than low.

im 31, relatively active, BMI of 20. Just looking to see if anyone else has this? I'm certainly not athletic so it won't be this. Especially because it's so sudden too.

just looking for experiences If anyone has any. Thank you!

Mostly here to handhold. Nothing similar to report or shine a light on- DH did end up with a slow heartbeat but the decline was gradual and he’s in his late 50s with a family history of cardiovascular disease so eventually a combination of unusual cardiac arteries and partial blockage were diagnosed. Couple of stents and he’s good as new.

Hope they manage to sort you out. Very glad you are being taken seriously.
