I don't know how to interact with people anymore i'm 31 years old, I look like i'm up to no good in supermarkets but it's just how I am. I don't know how to get better NHS and drs is such a slow process. I lose speech and shake when people talk to me. I live a masked life working from home. Anyone know how I can get better?

NHS and doctors may be a slow process, but it is a process and it sounds as if you are already in the process?
They must have given you some ideas on how to interact with people when they know what happens to you when you do?
My only suggestion is a simple one, look around social media sites or wherever you get your local news, see if there is somewhere that you can volunteer with other people, or join a club or go to meetings where there are people interested in something that you might be interested in.
Practice makes perfect in everything we do, the more you interact with other people even if it's just a little bit , once in awhile, nothe better you will become at it and your symptoms should lessen.
It's hard to get started though, but that is the hardest part, becoming sociable doesn't happen overnight.x

Do you have autism, AdHD or any other diagnosis?
Do you live alone?
How often are you interacting with family and friends?

I'm not sure if I have either of those, It's very possible I was fine through school, when I went into 6th from I quit and have never been able to hold a job down until I found a remote job it's horrible I wish there was a way to stop it. I have had many jobs and I think interviewer just thought I was nervous on the job but when working in the jobs, I have been bullied by people and in early teens bullied by so called friends. I have had counselling and tablets. I think I might need to see someone more professional I don't think even the dr knows how to help me! it's really hard feeling like this. I have a son and I couldn't even go to his nursery settling in session. I get stressed in a swimming pool setting and won't go to the door if people knock. I'm afraid I will look weird or say the wrong thing. I get really intimidated by large groups of people.

@mentalhealthcheck it does sound extreme (and I’m an anxious person myself but not at this extent) and you certainly need professional help. GP would be a good start.

I just wanted to add that imo swimming pool is quite a stressful environment especially if you go with a small child. Nothing exciting about it unless you absolutely love it so cut yourself some slack.
