I've had a cup of tea - mango chunks are defrosting to have with yoghurt and crushed nuts

A second breakfast around 11.00 🍳🥑🍅

Time for coffee🌞

Fruit compote, Greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of home made granola.

Oh, I was going to make a similar post about 7am but was too hot and couldn't be arsed!

My breakfast was a Twister ice lolly. I nearly had a second one, but thought I should pace myself!

Warm bread from our corner shop with butter and raspberry jam. My favourite weekend treat!

I made cooked breakfast for myself, DS4 and DD6 at 7.30am this morning. DD6 has just gone back to her leftovers after asking what was for lunch...

Just had brunch of an open sandwich: toasted sunflower seeds rye bread, whipped feta, capers, hardboiled egg, smoked salmon and some crispy onions.

I've managed a few cold jersey royals. Weird I know but I have IBS and heatwaves make me feel really rough. Looking forward to the heat going back to normal temperatures.

I have the same breakfast 95% of the time -
fresh fruits - British strawberries at the moment, frequently grapes, sometimes sliced apple/orange/banana
covered in kefir (or occasionally yogurt)
topped with nut based granola.

Inner London - currently 30 degrees!
