Sanity check please. What colour is this top?

In that case, I give up on identifying the colour of this top!

I know how you feel!

The areas of the top that don’t have any blue print on always look black or possibly dark grey in all lights and angles. The inside has no tinge of blue. But the clincher is that if you put it next to anything blue, any idea that it could be blue disappears entirely. Which is a shame because my mum hoped to zhuzh up her navy blue suit with it for a family wedding. But in her own words she’s not modern enough to wear a black top with a navy suit. Or black to a wedding at all.
