Where can I go in a proper helter skelter?

Well, it's my DD actually wants it. I know there's one in Brighton, but when we went it was closed because it was too windy!
Is there anywhere else?

In the 80s there was a park near my Gran's that had a lovely helter-skelter, a very thin slide that I'm sure reached the clouds and a zip wire that ran down a hill. It was a wonderful very different park to play in.

I've just checked google maps and it's now boringly conventional.

I was going to mention Folly Farm, near Tenby too.

We tried to go there just before Easter, because they have a helter skelter! We were visiting Giant's Causeway and the area, so we headed there for HS and some recommended gelato..
but the fun fair was closed and the ice cream parlour.... even the tourist information was closed 😭😭😭 so we ended up walking to the harbour bit and spent an hour or so in the playground with the small one.

Had amazing fish and chips in the old life boat restaurant though!

Oh, we're off to Broadstairs in August so we'll head there!

You come off with horrific fiction burns and often splinters though. It might be a one time event ;)
