I noticed these a few days ago and I had these most of my childhood (they went away on their own) but I forgot what they’re called. Looks they’re back now. They don’t bother me though :)

I couldn't figure out which body part I was looking at at first!
First thoughts were elbow, then knee...
anyway, they are verrucas on your foot.

Yeah it’s my heel of my foot lol. Thanks!

Ah pic has shown now. OP it's far too warm for fluffy socks.

GameOfJones · 24/06/2025 15:51

They're verrucas and you need to sort them or keep your feet covered as otherwise you can pass them on to other people. The Bazuka extra strength gel and then peeling it off and reapplying each day sorted DD2's in a week.

Chewbecca · 24/06/2025 15:51

They're catching so I hope you do treat them and cover them up if you are ever bare foot or go swimming.

Gross

PragmaticIsh · 24/06/2025 15:55

Warm feet, especially if they get sweaty and damp, means your verrucas are more likely to multiply.

Agree. Looks like verrucas/plantar warts. You should treat them even if they don’t bother you. You should also practice good hygiene (cover with a plaster if barefoot, change socks daily, don’t share towels etc.)

Calm down sweetheart. It's a British site so I assumed. OP didn't contradict me so what's the beef?
