... please go at speed. You're slowing journeys for everyone else for no reason.

Plus, you're wankers.

A friend of mine’s son has been learning to drive in London but took his test in Croydon’s nd failed for driving consistently at 20 in 30 areas. A touch harsh, but in line with the rules

Nearly missed a train yesterday (no, I couldn’t leave any earlier as I had kids to drop at a fixed time) due to a driver who did 25-30 in the 40, 35-40 in the 60 and totally failed to give way or indicate at a roundabout nearly causing a collision.

They were totally oblivious to other road users (mainly anyone on roundabouts with right of way) nor the 17 cars I counted in the queue behind them.

If you are driving in such a way (and too slow can be this) as to hinder the free flow of traffic you can be fined. It comes under ‘careless driving’. This is more common on motorways though.
