Lidl cinnamon bun - why didn’t I buy it???

I haven’t had one of these yet. For the past few visits they’ve really been calling, but I have ignored their beseeching.

Today it was way too hot to buy one, so I didn’t. And now I wish I had.

Can anyone reassure me that they aren’t all that, and I’m better off without one this evening?

The Gails cinnamon buns are the best cinnamon buns I've ever had. But they are VERY expensive in comparison to Lidl!

Have you tried buying frozen croissants, thawing and adding the cinnamon sugar yourself then baking? This is a more cost effective approach
