If you were having a BBQ and you don’t have enough seating

If you were having a BBQ for 15 adults and you only have 7 garden chairs, what would you do? I have 6 chairs around a dining height table and one odd low but comfortable one.

I was going to do a poll but there’s too many options.
Ideas: One option would be to buy a nice bistro set of 2 or 4 which I would have bought eventually anyway. Then maybe 4 cheap folding garden chairs.
One option would be to hire, but they don’t seem to look much cheaper or more comfortable than what I can find in The Range etc.
Another option is I do also need spare indoor dining chairs so I could get 4 indoor type folding chairs and 4 outdoor.
Images of the cheap indoor and outdoor options attached.
Another option would be to ask people to bring some spares but most people I know have the garden sofa type.
Any other ideas appreciated! This isn’t something we will do often so although I want people to be comfortable, I don’t want to waste too much money.

I'd look on FB marketplace and see if anyone was giving any away.

When we've held larger than usual barbecues we've asked invitees to bring some folding chairs, and we take ours to theirs when it's reversed. I do think that's a better option for a rare event than buying more chairs you usually won't need again or for a long while, especially if they're not particularly comfortable.

We've got a reasonable supply now of camping chairs (the type that squeeze shut) and comfy folding ones, they all fit neatly in my shed and are nicely portable.

I’d rather be asked to bring a chair than not have anywhere to sit. I reckon most people have got a couple of fold up chairs of some sort.

I would also look on Facebook marketplace / local free sites.

Have you actually asked them if anyone has a camping chair they can bring?

Is there a village hall / scout hut local to you? We’re often asked for a borrow of chairs, depending on how polite the approach is we’ll accomodate for a nice donation!

I've previously kept a stack of those cheap plastic chairs in my garage and throw crochet cushions and blankets over them. I'd pick them up from FB market place or the tip shops for pennies. Now I've moved I have limited space so have a few folding stripy canvas chairs hung on a cupboard wall. I think they were a tenner a piece and they always come in handy

Ask the guests if they have a fold up chair and could they bring it. I'll bet most people have some and wouldn't mind bringing them along.

I have those grey folding chairs (habitat?) and they’re perfect, fairly comfortable, sturdy and easy to store.

I once went to a barbecue where, in lieu of extra seats, the hosts had put out two old, broken televisions for their guests to sit on.
