I'm about to have yoghurt & mango topped with chopped nuts - and something else around noon! 🌞

Cheesy-oaty pancakes topped with marmite

Two slices of Sourdough toast (finished the loaf, mixed another up and bunged in the fridge) with thinly sliced cheese. Heaps of water. And more water. I also had half a Starbucks lemon muffin which I had kept from a couple of days ago. I didn't need the muffin tbh but I'm under the weather and justified it to myself. 😋

I had poached egg with avocado on gluten free bread with 2 coffees - raining here now but I don’t care I’m off on my holidays this afternoon!!

I'm feeling hungry again now! I had seeded brown bread with marmite and a cup of peppermint tea.

Loving the idea of scrambled egg with chives... I always put in a tiny bit of garlic powder and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. I have chives in a pot on the kitchen window sill..... Mmmm

What does it consist of?

Grated egg avocado toast 😋

Sausage, bacon, poached egg, hashbrown bites, cheese and ketchup

Eggs scrambled with some butter and a slice of home made whole meal bread toasted. And a bucket of tea.

Avocado on toast with smoked salmon, an egg and some tomatoes. I have this most mornings around 11 as I try and eat two meals a day (though usually I have a snack about 3pm).

Go for it - it is Sunday after all!

a little musical accompaniment

So many nice breakfasts! I had a smoothie made with frozen strawberries, a spoonful of a Linwood mix, collagen protein powder and milk. Delicious but my trusty 15+ year old Vitamix gave off a burning smell when using it so it seems it’s coming to its end of life. Now busily googling blenders - too much choice!

DH just made waffles with maple syrup, Greek yogurt and blueberries 😋

Where is it sunny?!?

Sourdough toast with lots of salty butter and a flat white (hand crafted by yours truly). The flat white is for me and the toast is mainly for my high maintenance dwarf hamster who demands buttery toast for her breakfast every day. 🙄😂

I had a sausage and brown sauce bagel. I have fruit and yoghurt every day in the week and tend to have something a bit more junky at the weekend.

Glorious sunshine in the south east so far. We went out and I had poached eggs, hulloumi, peppers, spinach, tomatoes, mushroom and avocado. With a wedge of focaccia. Lovely.
