I did have a quip that he'd blame the democrats for deliberately spoiling his day ... but it just doesn't feel right.

Karma never seems to arrive when it's richly deserved does it.

Watch the officer speak with the sound off. His body language is very interesting. I lost count of the number of times he raises his eyebrows, it's odd. There is no distress or anger in his face as you would expect there to be if someone had committed murder posing as an officer. I'd love to see the body language experts'comments on this.

On a more positive note, lots of #NoKings protests

Quite possibly, but it also means MN will be cancelling their protest against trump today due to the shelter in place.

Also the MN legislature is no longer an even split between Republicans and Democrats due to this murder I believe.

Oh God. I've just caught the headlines now. I'm horrified to hear of the deaths of Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark. And the shooting of Senator John Hoffman and his wife Yvette. I hope the two who are injured make a good recovery. It feels like the US is on the brink of a civil war. A really sad day for democracy and a really sad day for the US.

Despite warnings from the law enforcement not to attend today’s No Kings rally after this mornings shooting of Minnesota lawmakers with the killer on the lose, the No Kings Rally is happening at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul.
