Ive seen a couple of kitchen items, storage boxes, jars etc. Never ordered anything at all off them. Just hear so much negativity. Is it that bad?

There was a hilarious post on the Horse and Hound forum of a set of horse boots (they go round the horses legs to protect against injury when being ridden) they were being held by a hand where the boots would have just about fitted round the fingers! Set the tone of their quality for me.

You will get the odd gem here and there, but it is largely tat. Cheap mass-generated tat. And they NEVER leave you alone once you buy from them. Message after message after message. If you have the app on your phone, you are bombarded on the hour, every hour! 'Buy 6 items and spend £30 and get this £40 item FREE.' Said free item is just something they can't get rid of, and will be shite, and most of the items you buy to get to £30 will be cheap tat.

Temu is a landfill nightmare. It needs throwing in the sea.

I've. Ordered a couple of times, and everything has been cheap rubbish that breaks.

They harvest and sell on data as well. They use sweatshops and churn out plastic pollution. People will say that it's the same trash that's sold in the shops here, but at least shops don't sell details on or spam you if you buy the stuff in their places.

Just avoid. You don't need the stuff. Even if you do buy it, it'll be broken within a week or so.

My garden is full of solar lights that have lasted a year. Cushions and throws of good quality.

You do need to read carefully and you get the odd miss, but largely I’ve been pleased with everything.

You get what you pay for. Cheaply produced stuff that may not comply with our safety regulations. I wouldn’t buy anything from there that would come into contact with food or be for use by children.

Some of it is tat and some of it is fine. I have just bought solar lights from them that seem to be fine. I have bought a lot of craft stuff from them, diamond art, beads etc. I have bought office bits, drawers, mouse mat, tissues etc and they all seem to be fine.

I have also bought bags with spelling mistakes and had my money back, and got to keep the bag Grin. Photo attached - it does say PIGLET but I think it was meant to say "a smile all the difference" which makes no sense either though ...

I bought hessian sacks last Christmas and returned them because they had a really funny smell.

I have bought some great kitchen storage racks etc from them.

Half of it is also sold on Amazon at vastly inflated prices, so worth checking on both before you buy anything.

Depends what you buy, Ive bought bathroom storage bits and hair accessories but then I’ve also got metal wall art and a nice iron wall clock with acrylic mirror too. Kids have some clothing items from there, as do I, lots of jewellery from there. Nothing has broken as of yet except a beanbag for teddies which is rammo and we’ve had it just over a year now.
