This is on at the cinema at the moment and it's mind blowing. I learnt so much. It's terrifying what humans are doing to our planet and I think everyone should see this film. The filming is unbelievable and the story behind it all incredibly powerful. Go and see it please.

I agree. Beautifully filmed, and lovely to see on the big screen, with a sobering message - but with hope still there!

Absolute master piece. Everyone should go and see it

I saw it with DS1 last week. It was incredibly powerful and i was frankly horrified at the sheer damage large scale fishing does. I honestly had no idea it was as bad as that. It was heartbreaking.

I have not eaten any sort of fish since. And I think I have been more thoughtful and reflective since then. I have mentally shied away from 'knowing too much' about alot of the issues covered and now i can't unknow what I now know.

I also recommend it highly.

I’ve been meaning to go and see this! Do you think it would be ok to take my nature obsessed 5 year old??

Personally speaking it's a little confronting and has some very difficult moments. I know neither of mine would have coped at that age. DS1 is nearly 15 and he was okay with it (he is developmentally delayed though- probably more of an 11-12 year old really).

Agreed. It's hard hitting so I'd say 8+.
