Suggestions for fun things to try to get out of my comfort zone

I've had a very routine life for some years now due to caring responsibilities. Didn't get out much. Caught up in the daily grind and have struggled with some quite serious OCD around routines etc. Very socially isolated. Generally quite stuck in a (comparatively comfortable) rut.

A recent unexpected (and shocking) bereavement, and an upcoming quiet period with work means my schedule is now disorientating-ly empty and I'm really keen to change and try some new things. I'm hoping people will have some suggestions I haven't thought of.

I'm quite keen on being active and outdoorsy. I already read a lot. I like walking and rollerblading. I'm not the most naturally sociable/socially comfortable person. I'm also not massively artistic/creative but I'm pretty open to trying things.

I've booked a kayaking session this weekend which I'm excited about. I'm just really keen to get out of my comfort zone generally. I'd love some suggestions of new things to try.

Is there a walking group local to you? Walking is wonderful.

If you enjoy kayaking (which is brilliant!) you might also enjoy paddle-boarding.
Park run
Sea kayaking
Mountain hikes
Wild swimming
Cycling groups

More adventurous:
Bouldering
Coasteering
Climbing
Diving
Surfing
Windsurfing (good fun)
Sailing

Another fun way to get out of your comfort zone is to just do something you have never done before every day - can be small - read the kind of book or magazine you'd never normally read. Tune in to a different radio station when driving, cook a new recipe etc. But can also be much more adventurous, like the sportier stuff above.

Join a choir, or a one off musical event such as singing the Hallelujah Chorus.

Go to a dance class, learn to tango or tap dance or ceroc.

Try a cookery course, one where you make a dish then all eat together at the end.

You're already doing some interesting things!

Thanks everyone, these suggestions so far are brilliant. Definitely going to try paddle-boarding and maybe a dance class too.
Very interested in trying climbing or bouldering, one of my students is into that so I'm going to sound her out about it.
I'd love to have a go at tag rugby or lacrosse but I'm worried I won't find any beginners groups that are for adults. The social side also scares me.
